3.  Please answer questions that will determine fee schedule.

        A. How many plots will be harvested? 

        B.  Is it a crop destruct plot? Yes  No

4.  Mileage fees are based from nearest TSI test site.

5.  Notify TSI one week prior to estimated harvest date.

6.  Plot results are available via E-mail or directly from the plot harvester.
